You will be provided with a bespoke training & nutrition programme for the initial 6 weeks, plus everything you need to guarantee you achieve a fantastic result in that time. You'll have access to tons of video content to help you solve any problem you may be facing, and my help and support throughout. Typical results in 6 weeks are losing 5kg of body-fat and increasing strength by 20-50%. Just imagine looking in the mirror and being delighted with your reflection in 6 weeks. We'll agree a target result for the 6 weeks, and that result is guaranteed - or I'll work with you for free until you achieve it.
Let's be honest. We are always going to be busy. My job is helping you achieve more with less - quality over quantity. If you're already committed to improving your health, this is going to require less time than whatever you're doing now, because I'm doing the planning and programming for you. All you need to do is turn up and execute the plan. If you have 2 hours a week you can commit to a training programme - that's enough. If you're just starting out, then I'm not gonna lie - any change requires effort. But getting help will save you time and energy in the long-run, by avoiding mistakes you would make without someone who's been there. You either pay for the progress in money or time.
Of course not! This is a six week programme to get you a result – no life time commitment or signatures in blood required. There is an option to stay on in my Inner Circle programme afterwards. And you'll want to stay on, once you see how much you can achieve in a short space of time.
