My Story

I’ve spent my career in health advocacy — helping individuals and families navigate complex health systems and make informed decisions. I’ve always believed women deserve clarity, evidence, and agency when it comes to their health.

Then I entered perimenopause.

Despite eating well and staying active, my body changed.


My metabolism slowed.
My energy fluctuated.
Stubborn weight appeared where it never had before.

What frustrated me most wasn’t the change — it was the lack of clear, science-based guidance for women in midlife.

There was noise.
There were trends.
But very little strategy aligned with hormonal reality.

So I went to the research.

I studied the physiology of menopause — muscle loss, insulin resistance, cortisol, inflammation, sleep disruption — and became a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor to integrate science with movement and metabolic health.

What I learned is this:

Menopause isn’t a loss of control. It’s a shift that requires a smarter approach.
